Return and Replacement Policy

At Shark Septic, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.


7-Day Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 7-day replacement policy on eligible products.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, we will not be able to offer any replacements.


Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.


Items Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Any item not reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Any item that is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect handling by the customer.

  • Products with minor color or size variations due to photography or screen settings.


Process for Requesting a Replacement

  1. Contact us at sharksepticc@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos/videos showing the problem (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement for the product at no additional cost.


Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

  • Replacements are issued only once per order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions.
